Delete your Direct VFR account
This page lets you permanently delete your Direct VFR account and all data associated with it. Deletion is immediate and irreversible once you confirm by email.
What will be deleted immediately
- Your account email and encrypted password
- All flight plans, waypoints, and legs you have created
- Your unit preferences
- All active login sessions
- Any Garmin device sync codes linked to your account
- Any generated flight-plan PDFs stored on our servers
- Any flight plans others have shared with your email address but that you have not yet accepted
Data retention
None. We keep an audit record containing only the fact that the deletion request was made (no personal data), but no user data is retained.
How it works
- Enter your account email and password below and submit.
- We will send a confirmation link to your email address. The link expires in 1 hour and can only be used once.
- Click the link and type
delete on the confirmation page to finalize.
